IFP Complaints

It is important for our clients to have confidence in the Company and any concerns will be taken seriously and acted upon promptly.

If you feel the service that has been provided to you is not satisfactory and you wish to make a complaint then please contact the Compliance Officer, Giles Fletcher, by emailing gfletcher@ifp.ky or write to International Financial Planning Limited, Kitson Building, 5 Reid Street, Hamilton HM11, Bermuda. We are required by the market Codes to maintain a written complaints log. If you need to discuss further details of the issue you may also telephone +1 (345) 769 5353.

The following information will enable us to assist in your complaint being answered more promptly:

  • Full name and contact details
  • Investment Product
  • Policy number
  • Adviser name
  • Details of your complaint

If you're not satisfied with how your issue was addressed by the company, you can contact the Department of Consumer Affairs as follows https://www.gov.bm/department/consumer-affairs.
Ultimately, if the issue is still not resolved to your satisfaction you can consult a lawyer and seek to take the matter to Court.
